Include this in your introduction:

1. Your ingame name

2. For how long do you play MineCraft now?

3. Have you been on other servers?

4. Since which update do you play MineCraft?

5. Are you planning to build something special?

6. How did you find out about us?

[optionally]

7. Your age

8. Male/Female

9. Other

10. Reference (who told you about us? is he/she a member on our server?)

A introduction will take about 1 day to get processed.
